The Web Admin Interface allows Flex-Point™ administrators to add, manage and modify user features with a reliable Internet connection. Users may be managed at the same premise as the administrator or anywhere in the world. Company subscribers may be divided into multiple calling groups based on functionality or departments. In addition to features, administrators can change user passwords and IP phone features without placing a call to GTB’s customer service.

Call usage reports can be extracted on the fly and exported to external programs. Detailed call logs also include both incoming and outgoing call information.
