Description:
This position involves trouble ticket resolution for hosted PBX customers. Candidates must have basic understanding of IT concepts, computer network and VoIP technology. This position requires problem solving abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- A four-year college degree preferred. Excellent opportunity for new graduates.
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
- Hands on experience using Microsoft office.
- Customer service skills.
- Telecom voice and data background is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to a large base of hosted PBX IP users enabling phone features.
- Resolve customer trouble tickets.
- Isolate and repair phone connectivity issues.
- Reset user passwords and build phone features.
- Issue orders to Establish and disconnect phone service.
- Issue orders to change service features.
- Resolve billing issues.
