Go Paperless and Save!

In an effort to reduce waste and save trees, GTB is encouraging our customers to go paperless with their bills.

Going paperless is easy as 1-2-3!

  1. To access the online billing system, visit our website at: https://gtb.net, click on the "My Account" menu in the header and select "Online Billing". You will be directed to the new billing portal at: https://online.gtb.net.
  2. If you are new to the system and haven't registered yet, follow instructions on how to sign up for online billing on the Online Billing FAQ page.
  3. Once logged into the online billing system, Go to the "My Profile" tab; Select "Preferences"; and Edit your billing preferences to go paperless!

Other perks of online billing

The online billing system also allows you to view and download your invoices, and pay online!

Starting September 2019

Starting on the September 2019 invoice, GTB will charge a monthly fee of $5.00 for each account that customers elect to continue with paper invoices.

The new law requires service providers to charge a 911 surcharge per each separate outbound call voice channel capacity, regardless of the technology used. Each line will be charged an additional $0.50 state and $0.75 county fee (a total of $1.25 per line). The new 911 fees will appear on GTB July 2019 invoices.
