GTB's state-of-the-art, digital voice mail helps customers increase business around the clock. Your business should never miss a call, even if your business lines are in use or no one is available to answer the call. By using the GTB voice mail service, you not only answer all your calls, but you let the caller know that his/her call is vitally important to you. If, or when, needed, you can use the "follow me" (See below) service to call any pre-selected phone number/s.

Mailbox:
Your callers can leave you a message when you are busy or out of the office. The service can be linked to a pager for immediate message notification.

Multi-Mailbox:
Your callers can leave a message for different persons or departments in your company. A menu refers the callers to the right extension. The service can be linked to a pager for immediate message notification.

Group-Mailbox:
This feature allows the convenient distribution of a single message to all users in the system.

Alerts:
You can also be notified Via Email that a VoiceMail message has been received. You may then call in to check your messages, or go to our website and listen to your messages over the web.

SimRing: 
Never miss an important call again. This service allows an incoming call to ring simultaneously at multiple locations in your telephone system.  Once the call is answered by one of the phones in the group, the other locations stop ringing. This feature can be activated by using an access code or through our online access system.

Follow Me: 
Calls to your designated number will ring on multiple phone numbers in the order you select. If the call is not answered, the system will ring the next number in the list. If none of the numbers are answered the caller will be forwarded to your voice mail. The list of numbers can be updated through our online access system.
