Call Forwarding allows you to forward incoming calls to a different number. Example: Number dialed 410-555-2222 forwards to 410-555-9999.
There are multiple types of Call Forwarding:
Busy Call Forwarding
Busy Call Forwarding forwards incoming calls to a different number when the dialed number is busy.
Delayed Call Forwarding
Delayed Call Forwarding forwards incoming calls to a different number if the call is not answered within a specified length of time or number of rings.
Ring times: 1 ring per 6 seconds. Ex. 2 rings = 12 seconds
Unconditional Call Forwarding
Unconditional Call Forwarding forwards all incoming calls to a different number regardless of whether the phone is off hook or on hook.
Selective Call Forwarding
Selective Call Forwarding forwards incoming calls from a pre-selected list of phone numbers. This service overrides Unconditional, busy, and Delayed Call Forwarding so that incoming calls from the selected numbers are forwarded according to the Selective Call Forwarding configuration.
Remote Call Forwarding
Remote Call Forwarding gives you the option to change the Unconditional, Busy, or Delayed Call Forwarding settings from any location by phoning an access number, entering a pin, then navigating menus.
